How many training sessions does my company receive?

Depending on your company’s size and tier, you’ll receive a generous allotment of training sessions, scheduled at the times that make the greatest impact for your team.

What is the minimum and maximum number of employees needed to qualify for this offering?

Our All-Inclusive model is designed for companies with approximately 25–500 employees. It scales with your needs and is based on how many employees will actively receive services, making it both flexible and efficient.

We’re an enterprise company with 10,000+ employees. Can we still partner with Straxo and take advantage of the All-Inclusive model?

Absolutely. We support several enterprise clients with workforces of 20,000+ employees. While many leverage our services selectively, a growing number carve out high-potential talent, emerging leaders, or strategic teams to enroll in our All-Inclusive model. This flexible, targeted approach lets large organizations drive focused development without overpaying for unnecessary services.

What if our company goes over the training-session allotment during the first year, or doesn’t use all the sessions?

If you exceed your session allotment, you can borrow against sessions from a future renewal. Likewise, any unused sessions roll into your next term, so nothing goes to waste. The model is designed to be budget-certain yet fully flexible.

What if our company adds more employees throughout the year?

One of the biggest advantages of our retainer-based model is that there are no surprise costs or overages. If your headcount grows during the retainer period, you won’t pay a dime extra. You can seamlessly transition into a new tier, or scale down at renewal, giving you complete control as your business evolves.
